Kitten Heels With Sequins

What a bummer, huh? I mean the feet; not the shoes. I love shoes! It’s the feet that can be difficult at times though. Heck, I even get blisters in athletic shoes and I simply cannot blame all of the shoe manufacturers for my foot problems.

I’ve had at least a dozen foot surgeries over the last 3 decades from hammer toe to ingrown toenail to bone spur surgeries. I think the only common surgery I haven’t had or needed was bunion removal!

Why do I share this information? Well, if nothing else, maybe it will encourage others to never give up on accessorizing, no matter what the foot issue may be. There’s always a little something we can do to help us feel pretty, or special, even if not everyday.

Shoe Goddess MugI’ve always found that rotating shoes not only helps one to accessorize, but it also helps with foot and back problems. Yes, the different heel heights affect how we move our feet and balance the rest of our body, hence shoulder and lower back pain relief.

Having a lot of different shoes enables one to keep the shoes, boots and flip flops they love a lot longer that way too.
